PROCESSING TIME All orders are produced on-demand. Processing and production takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

United States — Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after production. Estimated total: 5–9 business days from order date.

International — Standard Shipping: 5–20 business days after production. Estimated total: 7–25 business days from order date.

Free shipping on all orders over $75.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at support@skarline.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Skarline is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
